[Calling first] I often say I need to beat my feelings and do something, but if you think about it, my feelings are myself. My beliefs and values are just the convenience of my brainwashed life. Being honest about your feelings is the first step in correcting your relationship.
As is often done in religion, ignoring one's feelings and telling one to live according to the dogma of a religious leader is an expression of system power that the believers themselves want to delete and brainwash them as zombies of that religion.
That type of brainwashing is common in countries and workplaces. So all power that refers to internalization of values is evil and evil.

During the past eight years as vice-principal, there is something I have done without missing out during the personnel season. It is to call the teacher or educational official who has been assigned to our school first to thank them for coming to our school and to inform them in detail about the preparation schedule for the new school year.

Usually, the first advice that newly appointed teachers hear from their surroundings is to call the vice principal of the new school as soon as possible. I heard that a lot when I was a teacher. The vice principal of the new school is checking whether he or she is calling first... Since then, teachers have been agonizing. I couldn't be free from that worry, either.

"When are you going to call me?"
"Where should I call?"
"What should I say first?"
But when I call, the vice principal of the new school is not in place.

The reason why I call the new teachers first is to quickly resolve these concerns of the new teachers and to start the first conversation with them with gratitude and hospitality.

This year, I called the teachers, the caring teacher, and the special practice teacher who were newly appointed at the beginning of this year. I always call my cell phone, not my school phone.

"I'm vice principal of the school. Thank you very much for coming. Children of the school are so pure and nice. Thank you again for choosing a good school."
The teachers on the phone give the same answer.
"I was supposed to call you first, but I'm sorry."

The difference in utility enjoyed by each citizen between $2,500 per capita GDP and $5,000 per capita GDP is overwhelmingly large
The difference in utility felt by each citizen between $25,000 and $3,000 countries per person is not so great

At some income level, the difference from the quality of living conditions in society, other than GDP, may be greater
